Please note that we are only the agent who bringing clothes for you and not the one who manufacturer the clothes. If we have given you the correct design and color that you have ordered, there's no exchangeable or refundable is allow! If the item you received have any problem, we are not responsible for it but you still can email us with the item photo for it and if supplier are able to exchange for it, you have to pay the shipment cause from Singapore to Supplier yourself. It cost SGD10~SGD20. Thank you for understanding.
